The biggest sites make simple mistakes
Google messed everything up a few months ago. MSN’s done it now. Mistakes like either of these are completely unacceptable. Make sure you always understand what the affects of your actions are before you go and make changes that break everything. A little attention to detail could have prevented both of these.

The Numpty’s at Microsoft!
This is quite unreliable but not for Microsoft.
I remember the Google crash quite well, actually affected many, scary to think when it happened a lot of people freaked out which shows us our dependency to Google. Funny how the MSN is unnoticed.
This is not acceptable for bigfish like msn, google etc …
